Twenty-five minutes, no equipment, works in a room barely big enough for the bed: a circuit of squats, push-up variations, reverse lunges and a plank finisher, three to four rounds. It's not a substitute for a real training block, but it's consistently enough to stop a trip from becoming a total reset.
